chopping board<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Blanch tomatoes for 20 seconds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peel of the skin and chop the tomatoes finely<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a pan add oil and Saut\u00e9 onion, garlic, chili flakes and dry oregano for about 3 to 4 mins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the peeled and chopped tomatoes and cook for 20 to 30 mins or till cooked<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add Salt to Taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(You can add more tomato puree to thicken or add more tomato juice thin down the sauce)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>If you need to make it for kids you can avoid adding paprika<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Choice of tomatoes decides the quality of sauce so choose wisely and nothing can match the taste of freshly made tomato sauce.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>STEP TWO : Vegan Paprika Cr\u00e8me (vegan, gluten-free white sauce)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Try adding 1 tbsp nutritional yeast and you get a perfect vegan cheese sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Coconut milk<\/td><td>300 ml<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Chopped Onion<\/td><td>\u00bd onion<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Chopped Garlic<\/td><td>4 \u2013 5 petals<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>corn flour<\/td><td>1 tbsp<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Chili flakes<\/td><td>\u00bd tsp<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Oregano dry<\/td><td>\u00bc tsp<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Oil<\/td><td>2 tbsp (enough to saut\u00e9 onion )<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><figcaption>Equipment\u2019s required : sauce pan, ladle, whisk, gas range, Knife &amp; chopping board<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In a pan add oil and Saut\u00e9 onion, garlic, chili flakes and dry oregano for about 3 to 4 mins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make coconut milk add the corn flour to it<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(You can choose to extract fresh from coconut or readymade one, I have used the coconut milk powder so can adjust the consistency as required)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add coconut milk and cook for more 5 to 7 mins or till the sauce is thickened<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add Salt to Taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>If you need to make it for kids you can avoid adding paprika Your vegan gluten free white sauce is ready if you add vegan cheese to it makes a great mac n cheese<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>STEP THREE : Vegan nut free coriander pesto (Same applies for the regular pesto use basil instead of coriander)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Coriander&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/td><td>200 gm<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Chopped Garlic<\/td><td>4 \u2013 5 petals<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Melon seeds<\/td><td>2 tbsp<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Chili green<\/td><td>2 no.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Salt&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/td><td>to taste<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Oil<\/td><td>1 tbsp (enough to saut\u00e9 onion )<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><figcaption>You can use Basil instead of Corriander :<br> Equipment\u2019s required : sauce pan, ladle, whisk, gas range, Knife &amp; chopping board<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In a pan add very little oil and Saut\u00e9 coriander and chili for a couple of mins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add all ingredients to a mixer grinder to make a fine paste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>add Salt to Taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your coriander pesto is ready<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Its gluten free, nut free, vegan, low fat, Can be used to coat pasta or as a dressing or dipping sauce and many other ways to use as a regular pesto<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>STEP FOUR : Gluten free Red Quinoa Pasta with spicy tomato sauce, vegan paprika cr\u00e8me and nut free coriander pesto drizzle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>tomato sauce<\/td><td>1 cup<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>vegan white sauce<\/td><td>1 cup<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>coriander pesto<\/td><td>2 tbsp<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>vegan cheese<\/td><td>1 tbsp<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Chili flakes<\/td><td>\u00bd tsp<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Oregano dry<\/td><td>\u00bc tsp<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Oil<\/td><td>1 tsp<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><figcaption>Equipment\u2019s required : sauce pan, ladle, gas range, Knife &amp;
